This means, on the Extended Support Release (ESR) branch, we have:
- fixed the NSPR version to the final release
- upgraded to NSS 3.13.3, which contains a fix to actively distrust the
Trustwave MITM subCAs.

Please prepare to update NSPR/NSS to these versions with the next
Firefox ESR 10.0.x release.

This means the not-yet-released Firefox 11 will contain at least version
NSS 3.13.3.
(In theory it's still possible that Firefox 11 will updated again, this
possibility always exists.)

FYI, Version updates on branches mozilla-aurora and mozilla-central will
automatically propagate to the next branch, at the next scheduled dates,
according to Mozilla's rapid release calendar, see
https://wiki.mozilla.org/RapidRelease/Calendar

You will get an additional reminder email whenever such an automatic
propagation will cause the version numbers on the closer-to-release
mozilla-beta branch changes.
However, the update notification for mozilla-aurora and mozilla-central
can often give you ahead warning that "something is coming".

Sometimes updates on mozilla-central/mozilla-aurora are being done as a
matterof general development.
Sometimes such updates are simply a quick test before the updated
versions will be propagated into all branches, e.g. for emergency
security udpates.
If you see such an update, and you're unsure what will happen next,
please ask.

Ideally we should use these automatic announcement messages as a
reminder, that an explanation is necessary, and send it to this list.

Regards
Kai
